SHIPPING TIMES ARE CALCULATED FOR AFTER WE HAVE MADE & DISPATCHED YOUR ORDER, IT DOES NOT INCLUDE THE TIME IT TAKES TO MAKE ITEMS.

All bracelets & necklaces are hand-made to order. We aim to make items and ship orders within 1-3 working days, this may be longer during very busy seasonal periods.

Orders placed on a Friday & over the weekend won't be processed until Monday.

We are currently unable to ship to the EU [including Northern Ireland] or rest of world at the moment. We are working on it!

Orders are sent to the delivery address entered on the order form.
Make sure the address you entered is complete and accurate.
