All bracelets & necklaces are hand-made to order. We aim to make items and ship orders within 3-5 working days, this may be longer during very busy seasonal periods.

Orders placed on a Friday & over the weekend won't be processed until Monday.

Over £100 delivery is FREE

All items will be sent using Royal Mail. Tracked and signed for.
Delivery times will vary on country, please allow at least 15 working days. [This can be considerably more]

Delivery address 

Orders are sent to the delivery address entered on the order form.
Make sure the address you entered is complete and accurate.  
Florrie & Rose are not responsible for packages that are not delivered due to incorrect delivery addresses.
